The service was super courteous and helpful, especially at the lobby desk, although there were issues with the shower curtain rods. The location was convenient to the expressway and had a very friendly staff, but it was not without maintenance concerns like the closet areas. The dining experience ranged from a good continental breakfast to terrible plain bagels and hard biscuits for biscuits and gravy. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects made for a somewhat inconsistent stay.
